Zodian’s foundation is based on the Myers-Briggs temperament Indicator ( MBTI). It is estimated that 50 million people have taken the Myers–Briggs Type Indicator and that 10,000 businesses, 2,500 colleges and universities, and 200 government agencies in the United States use the MBTI.

Advanced Insights

The system includes several enhancements.  These include temperament sorter quadrants suggested by David Keirsey, PhD and function stacks by Jungian Analysts John Beebe, MD. We’ve added dominance and accommodation attributes as well.

Symbolic Animals

Zodian has created element types ( earth, water, fire and air) and animal archetypes that symbolically represent quadrant and type preferences. These archetypes are assigned heraldry icons and shields.

The Personality Compass

Zodian uses these archetypes to reimagine a personality navigation system.  This compass positions styles in a way to help the user understand personalities in relation to themselves.  Color schemes (green, blue, red and cyan) are used to reinforce recall and mnemonics.

Zodian merchandise and logowear

We offer a number of tools to help clients remember and reinforce their Zodian identities. These include “campaign buttons”, teeshirts and more. These tools can also be used at seminars and workshops.

The Zodian Book 

This 208 page book tells the Zodian story about how powerful a tool it be for building and navigating relationships. It provides mini-biographies of successful people from a number of styles.
